I have been dealing with excessive hair growth for some time. I decided to make the call to Ideal Image. The consultation went very smooth and I was confident that they would be able to help me. I signed and paid the same day. During my first appointment, Jessica was very welcoming and knowledgeable. She is definitely a game changer! She is awesome! I have recommended several people to this location. She is great! Everyone around me noticed a major difference after only my very first treatment! This was the best decision I have made!
Ileana is THE BEST!! I have greatly appreciated her friendliness, her attention to detail, and her professionalism. She makes you feel extremely comfortable, at ease and will go above and beyond for her patients. I very highly recommend her! Ever since I started coming to this location everyone has been so nice I am always greeted with a smile y’all never fail. I am a happy customer and will keep coming back here for laser hair removal. Monthly affordable payments I am almost done with treatment then soon will come again for a different one. Thank you guys for making me feel comfortable every time I came in especially during Covid.
This location has top notch customer service and staff! The front desk staff were extremely helpful accommodating me as I travel from out-of-state for treatment. Karen and Julie were both amazing and Julie especially went above and beyond to schedule my last minute change. Vivian, RN, performed my laser hair removal and she is a true rock star! Her technique, depth of knowledge, and thoroughness made for an excellent experience. I am excited to continue treatments at the Webster - Clear Lake location. Proper time allotment and quality care are a top priority for this team, so definitely consider this location to meet your needs.
