I’ve been a member here for a few years now! It’s a very clean, relaxing and awesome environment. Emily at the front is always so nice & accommodating. I had my first massage with Dan today. He was so attentive and friendly. He worked out all of my problem areas but I was also so relaxed the entire time. I highly recommend!
Daniel is incredible!! My wife loved Dan, but he cancelled on her today without calling, so that sucked. The manager here is sweet and knows her stuff. It's no Woodhouse Day Spa, but it's half the price so, it's good value for the price.nnI got a mediocre facial here. Wouldn't recommend that.nnI do hate that you can't do 80 minute massages Friday-Sunday.
Dan was absolutely amazing! He targeted a lot of areas that needed work. Very gentle and great communication. I definitely will be asking for him when I come back into town. WOW! Also the front desk girls are absolutely amazing and was able to get us back in for a wax.
UPDATE: As stated below I understand stuff happens... but I have not heard from any manager and the person I did talk to yesterday Dana couldn’t care less about my time. I wish I could give zero stars!!!nnAwful customer service! I was going to go because I was going to use a giftcard I received. They confirmed my appointment then called to cancel when I was in my car on the way. I understand that things happen but communication and professional courtesy go a long way. The woman on the phone showed absolutely NO care that I had already made arrangements to go today. I will not be giving them another chance. They couldn’t have cared less and I’m not interested in doing business with them.
This was my first facial & massage and the staff was awesome. Explained everything thoroughly to me. After facial she explained some products that will help my skin. I will definitely be returning to them.
