I've never actually been able to get an appointment made here so this low rating is NOT based on their actual service. They're service hours are terrible. My wife bought me 3-60 minute massages off Groupon here for my birthday but they close a 5pm Mon-Fri (I'm a regular working American so of course I work until 5pm every day) and they are open for 2 hours on Saturday and closed on Sunday. How am I ever supposed to cash in these massages with that kind of availability. Saturday is the only time I could make it and they are booking months in advance for Saturday appointments. Groupon will also not do a refund so I guess that was just a waste of money. I'd love to give them a good review based off the actual massage, but apparently I'll never get to do that.
