If I could give them 0 stars I would, I went in for a yearly check up on December 12th was told I would get my results and a call withing a week, it is now January 13th I have yet to have got a call, and everytime I call which is like everyday, they they never answer the phone or have yet to call me back. Which makes me angry and disappointed in their services. GET IT TOGETHER OR GO OUT OF BUSINESS, because I mean what is the point if your not going to answer nor return calls. Just saying
Service, I guess you could call it that. I suppose you just have to adapt to their style and accept that no matter what, because you live in small town, it is what it is. In my experience, that the worse service I've ever had. Once they are in their position, their jobs are secured and they can do whatever they can to mess your business up just to let you know how powerful they are.
Terrible experience! Poor service and very poor instructions. Had to make several trips to file paperwork that could have easily been completed in one trip.
