Never trust these liars. Salesperson told me last year that I can exchange and get 50% of the value of the Sunglasses within 12 months, even if it’s slightly damaged . They do not honor it.
I purchased some sunglasses yesterday March 21st at this location. I purchased glasses I was not sure of and was told that I could bring them back and exchange the. That was 1pm yesterday. I decided to exchange them today. When I went in I was told by a different associate that the glasses were heavily scratched on both sides. She made me feel that I was lying and I felt very small. I was told that the glasses are inspected before bought. I dont remember that happening. No recourse that is obvious to talk to a manager. I suggest that you purchase your sunglasses elsewhere.
I think I accidentally reviewed the wrong sunglass hut but anyways great service the guy that helped me was so nice and he was sooo hot I think he was the store manager but idk I forgot but if you want sunglasses come here!!
