Joel, was very helpful and very thorough. Did a great job explaining what he was going to do and then following through. Very reasonably priced and pleased with attention to detail. Will be using for future pest control needs.
I HIGHLY recommend this company!!nnWe had a pretty bad wasp problem and my husband is highly allergic. I spoke with 2 other companies and then Joel and Joel was the only one who actually took the time to figure out the entire situation (we had just moved to the country, had 5 very small dogs, other bugs aside from the wasps, etc)nnHe showed up at the time agreed, made sure the pets were kept safe throughout and even called the next day to check on them!nWithin a couple days of the house being treated we also realized we had a scorpion problem!!! Their were dead scorpions all over the garage! (Ewwww!!)nnWe signed up for bi- monthly service and this morning I texted him a pic of a trap he had left here and there were spiders in it (I do NOT like spiders!!!) as usual, he responded very quickly and ID the spiders and will be out here Sunday to kill them! (Move to the country they said....)nnI recommend them to everyone searching for a upfront, honest company who also cares about pets well being!
We are doing some remodel work and tearing down walls and all cabinetry. We called him to a thorough spray done with everything removed. He came quickly and did a great job! Great communication and excellent service. Would highly recommend!
