I have been using this pharmacy for a few years and love it. Everyone is so nice and helpful. My prescriptions are always promptly filled. Highly recommended.

I filled here for 3 years... I absolutely adored the staff... only to be told I could no longer fill at this pharmacy for an apparent misunderstanding between my sister and them. Needless to say I was absolutely heartbroken. And to make matters worse, I needed to fill an antibiotic. But i didn't know my insurance details and when I attempted to ask Kroger RX to at least assist me in providing me necessary basic filling information so that I could fill my script across the street at Walgreens they were beyond rude and very impersonal to a patient/client of multiple years....nnThere was no compassion, no understanding...nAnd I'm sorry, but I deserve and expect quality customer service, and after EVERY MONTH for 3 YEARS this was how I got treated...

Very rude staff. Poor attitude. Needed my mom's medication couple of hours earlier but her response was terrible. I will have a talk with them in person soon.
