Worst pharmacy in area. Pulled into drive thru and was ignored by both pharmacist and older assistant for 15 minutes while they serviced no one inside. Finally blew my horn and got dirty looks. Attitude was awful. Never wanted to flip someone the bird so much in my life. What happened to the nice people that used to work there??

Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. There is rarely a line. On-line refills are quick and easy.

This pharmacy is HORRIBLE. Twice already I’ve sent my prescription there and twice I’ve waited a few hours and go to pick it up just for them to say that it, “didn’t go to the right folder.” I’ve also had my prescription on auto refill and they didn’t even have it ready that day. I had to call and they wouldn’t be ready until the next day.nnMoving on, yesterday when I went to pick up my prescription they asked if I just got out of the appointment and I told them it’s been a few hours that they’ve sent it over and they said, “they’ve been busy,” so they haven’t put it in yet. I needed my prescription that night because I have to take it everyday. So I asked for them to send it to the other Kroger pharmacy and they said they would by the end of the night. My husband went to the other Kroger to pick it up today and they hadn’t even sent it over!! They are frustrating to deal with AND I’ve missed a day of pills I needed.
