Absolutely the best customer service. I needed to move my belongings out of my residence immediately and needed a storage unit. I stopped by and due to covid I did not realize it was done online but since I was already here he did not turn me away and allowed me to get a unit same day on the spot. Its a climate controlled unit easy access and on the first floor so my moving team didn't have to far to walk. He was very nice and I appreciate the A1 service. I know you will also.

Bill, the manager helped me locate my storage unit and answered all my questions! He was very polite and very knowledgeable. This was my first time going to my unit after renting online and so far everything was nice, easy, and smooth! 10/10 highly recommend this place!

I rented a unit here for 2 years and Bill always went way above and beyond to help us, down to the very end. I called to let him know I would be returning the unit and he informed me he had already taken care of it as he had noticed the unit was unlocked and empty.
