Ya know that kind of love and care you grandparents provide to their grandchildren? That above and beyond attention to make sure their family is safe and their needs are met...? Well that’s the kind of customer service I received from Ben and Alexis. A recent event happened in my life forcing me to uproot myself and pack up the last 30 years and move to a storage until I find a home. I called this store location to tour the largest unit. I expressed my concerns that the unit was not climate controlled. Alexis empathetically suggested I shop around and graciously offered to hold the unit for a few days to allow me some time to decide. I did shop around and I could not find a unit large enough due to the fact many spaces became occupied by the recent snow storm victims. A few days had passed and my reservation at this store expired yet Ben called and left a couple messages to check just to make sure with me before he lifted the reservation. I returned his call and reiterated my concerns regarding the outside unit and shared with him the unfortunate news that I had still not found the right unit yet. Ben went above and beyond by taking the time to listen to my story. Even though this location was not able to accommodate, Ben found another facility for me. And it was a climate controlled unit. He checked availability and pricing and the logistics of transferring my current unit and transportation rental fees. With this type of customer service, I was able to take a deep breath and lift some of the heavy burdens off my shoulders. I felt genuinely cared for by this team. Excellent customer service. I never have any issues when dealing with Alexis. She's very helpful and answered every question I had!

The lady that helped me, I think Alex or Alexis, she was very informative and friendly! The process was quick and easy even with my 2 kids running amok. She tried to provide crayons and paper for drawing but my little ones are wild. It was nice that she helped though! Will recommend to family and friends.
