Every one is so nice here. They are wonderful. Anytime you need anything they are there to help. The location is very nice and clean. And the gate always works.
As a storage facility, it’s nothing special. Clean units at competitive prices. No big deal...you can find the same thing everywhere around Houston. But the reason for five stars is the staff - Taiyana and Vee. They are superstars. Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable. They operate that place as a proper business should be run. Hats off to them.
I love StorQuest storage. The units are clean and well lit. Over the years when there has been flooding these units are high and dry. The best part is the staff. Tyana , the manager, is knowledgeable of your accounts and goes out of her way to make sure you are satisfied. Best manager they have had over ther years. I hope she stays on for a long time.
Kinda awkward doing the entire transaction from the drop window in the door. I understand precautions have to be in place due to Covid but seemed a bit extra impersonal.
V was a pleasure to work with. She was very helpful and friendly. Def will recommend this place to all my friends for their storage needs.
