Awesome and responsive service. Was there within 20 minutes of calling for help. Got me to where I needed to go to get my truck repaired with no hassle or extended time. Was entirely friendly and personable the whole time. Would be happy to call on them ever again if needed in the area!

Called guy three days ahead of pickup to confirm he would be ok to pick up a large 1900 pound embroidery machine. He said he had done it many times. Confirmed three different occasions. When the wrecker arrived, he threw a fit and had no idea how to hook up to the load. He gave me attitude. I told him he has to have straps and know how to safely handle it. He said he doesn’t have any straps. Who picks up a load without straps to secure the load. He threw his hook and chain onto his bed like a child throwing a tantrum. After his outburst, I told him I didn’t need him anymore and called someone else. He left me stranded. I had to pay twice as much to get another wrecker immediately (they showed up an hour and a half later) and my crews I had lined up to offload had to be on standby and cost me more money. If he would have been upfront from the beginning and understood English, I would not have ran into this problem and would not have been left stranded. There’s no way in God’s green earth I ever would have even let someone drive anywhere without strapping down my $50,000 machine. Glad he threw a fit. He didn’t know what he was doing.

Fast response and I got a very fair price for the distance I got my car towed to.nnEdit: I left work paperwork in the truck, the owner made it very easy for me to get it back. I would recomend the services 100%

This towing company is fast and reliable. I was skeptical about calling a random the place and worried about pricing. My car was towed to a different dealership within an hour at a very low price!
