I made an online order for takeout at 6:35, the ticket for my order stated that it will take between 30-40 minutes til it is ready. Which means that it should be done no later than 7:15. We arrived here around 7:25-7:30 ish. We had no clue how they were going to know that we arrived, we even tried parking in front of the windows so they could see my vehicle, but yet no one assisted us. We then called the establishment to notify them that we are here. They tell us that are pizza isn’t ready yet, and it’ll be another 15-20 minutes.... It is currently 7:50 and we are still clueless as to when our pizza will be finished. There are other people here driving up and getting their orders as soon as they arrive while we’ve been sitting here for over 40 minutes. This is terrible service overall and we have people starving and this location has failed to make our food on time, and it’s not just mine, once I went inside, there were other people cancelling their orders due to the amount of time it took for them to make it on time. This place really needs some improvement.

I ordered from Pizza Hut for the 1st time in over a year, and for the 1st time at this location. I asked for contact free delivery, which I did not get. We were excited at the look and presentation of the pizzas, but disappointed when we realized the dough wasn't cooked entirely and was flimsy. I put the pizzas in the oven for another 8 minutes and it still appeared uncooked on the bottom, only the outer edges got crispy. Not sure what the issue was with the crust.

They had some issues about a year ago and the owner had to step in. Since then, they have gotten back to the standard that we all expect from Pizza Hut. Great come back.

Disappointing that Pizza Hut allows this branch to stay open with such disrespect for the customers. Their employees it seems have little or no training when it comes to customer satisfaction. It’s pure neglect and I blame all of this on the managers and owner. Refused to fulfill my order before closing that I was charged for and I was informed by the staff member when she called to reject my order, that she allowed the delivery driver to leave work early. Knowing that customers can still order until the store closing is pure disrespect and Especially a slap in the face to their own company reputation.nnFun Fact. She told me I would get my money back in 5 business days. And my order still at this moment is pending in their system. So it’s still being ignored. They have not cancelled it in their system.
