Great Customer Service! The young man knew the product and was able to get me a great boost to my smoothie. I probably should have gotten a small or medium the large is really a large. Will return again, best to walk in drive thru is a long line.

I placed a mobile order about 10-15 minutes before showing up. It said it would be complete in 10 minutes. I arrived and the drive thru was full so I went inside. It was pretty full as well. I asked if they received my order, they confirmed they did. They said they were busy so it might be a while, I understood and said I'll wait outside to be safe. The store was emptied, including customers that came after me. I went back inside and they still hadn't completed my order. When I asked again, they didn't see my order apparently. 2nd time this happens in one week between orders.. and the smoothie was also more like a drink than a smoothie..

I really liked this location until today. The young ladies at the window were leaning out the drive thru window towards the car in front of me brushing their eyebrows and tossing sanitary napkins back and forth. Not to mention, they passed a whole box of pizza through the drive thru window. I’m assuming this was their friend, she never ordered anything and I was waiting behind the car for nothing!

This smoothie king is generally always pretty good, they are friendly and patient, I have a hard time thinking and hearing with all the blenders they have going, so its nice that they dont act irritated when I have to ask them to repeat themselves a couple times

The Bay Area location was a fast, yet pleasant experience. I ordered a couple smoothies and one was exceptionally good, and the other tasted just ok. It wasn't how it was made, it just didn't suit may taste. No fault of theirs, it was my selection.
