Mandy was very helpful and professional! Great customer service! She took time to patiently listen and make sure all the areas with stain are marked in a red tape before sending it for dry cleaning! Ask for Mandy and she will take good care of your clothes!
Fast, affordable, friendly. Have used them for 10 + years, have never had an issue.
Service & quality has dropped tremendously over the 7 years I have used Onsite Cleaners. What’s more, they certainly DO NOT want to hear from you when they mess up. In fact the owner/manager was very clear as he said they were very busy to care for any customer complaints & did not want my business anymore. I would rather safeguard my clothes & take my business where it matters.
So, y'all are telling me that in 2020 they expect you to pay upfront but are cash only, no credit card terminal?
I’ve been using these cleaners since 2008 and never had any complaints. Recently they damage a brand new suit of mine. They did not want to take responsibility for it. They ended up burning the suit whenever they ironed it.
