The tile that was placed in my home wasnt sealed properly which took extra work and hours for Doug to complete. He did not charge me any extra for the extra time that he needed to make sure that the job was done right. I am very pleased in the fact that Doug took the time to explain to me what the problem was with my tile and worked on it til it looked great
No apprehension regarding quality work -- questions were answered promptly and merchandise was exactly as described. Would absolutely use this company again.
