Always had great experiences here. Good value, quick, and better than some of the other cleaners in the area.

They stained my shirt. It is a cold water stain when which occurs when the iron is used incorrectly. When the owner saw the stain she immediately said she knows what happened and would speak to her employer. When they could not remove the stain they flipped the blame on me and said I stained my shirt.nnI have also had to take two separate jeans (on different occasions) back multiple times to have them redone because they were stained when I picked them up.nThe owner and staff were very rude as well.

They did not disappoint! My place was spotless and they never had any issues getting into my house. I will definitely be using them again!

Disappointing customer service and absolutely no quality control process in place. I was really looking forward to having a dry cleaner right outside of our neighborhood but after my experience here I will not be returning. I brought several dress shirts here, one of which was a brand new Ariat Performance Stretch Dress Shirt (90% cotton, 10% Spandex), to be dry cleaned. When I picked them up, the brand Ariat Shirt had a small section in the shirt where the fabric had been damaged, with the only remaining material being a semi-clear spandex layer. I brought the shirt back to the cleaners to ask for them to repair the shirt and the owner immediately pointed out a small sign on the wall, thwarting all responsibility for damaged items. She said that there was no way for her to know if the hole was there before they dry cleaned the shirt. I began asking about their quality controls in place in order to provide a quality service and come to find out, there isn’t one. The mentality is simply “you don’t need a quality control process if you don’t have to accept responsibility in the end.” The owner then called me a liar in front of a store full of people, stating that the damage had to have been from a cigarette and that the hole existed when I brought the shirt in. I pointed out to her that if the damage had been from a cigarette, there would have been scorch marks around it, and even more so, there would have been a clear hole through the shirt. I then showed her that there wasn’t even a hole in the shirt, that the main layer of the shirt was damaged, but there was still a full layer of spandex webbing completely intact. Had the damage been from a cigarette, there would be a clear hole through the fabric. I hope nobody else loses any nice clothing here, only to find out the owners could care less about their customers or their belongings.
