Did such a great job! I am referring my friend to use them. They were early for the job and got it done in no time. They answered any questions I had and also educated me on the process (I was working from home while they were over). Very professional and I felt comfortable with them in my home. I was worried about our couch because it was a hand me down from a coworker and is really old. They did a tremendous job cleaning it and it's like brand new!
I recently used them to replace the carpet in my client's condo. Their pricing was great and their service was even better. They were incredibly professional, great at communication, and did really great work. Will absolutely use them again and recommend them to future clients looking for carpet cleaning and replacement!
Had stained wall to wall carpet in our finished basement that needed pretty aggressive cleaning. I tried renting a carpet cleaner from the local big box home center. Then I used a steam cleaner to try and soften and scrub the stain away. Went over the spots again with the rented carpet cleaner. End result - carpet looked worse as if the cleaner deposited mud on the carpet. Called the them who came to the rescue without delay and improved the appearance 10 fold, at least.
That is what I liked the most. He made my carpet look like new and it smells great too. For that alone, I would recommend them to anyone!
They were on time, courteous and did an amazing job. Their prices were very reasonable too. Before we had them clean our rugs we were considering replacing them because they were so dirty. However, we didn't have to because they brought them back to life. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!
