Thank you Phoenix Cleaners! Had my evening dress and daughter's flower girl dress altered (hemmed, brought in, let out). Amazing job, soooo happy! Had it back within a week. Had my wedding dress altered here years ago, so knew I'd have a good experience here. Staff was very polite & professional, and quick to call me with any questions since they knew I was on a deadline.

I have had no issues in the past until today. My daughter has a custom dress that I had them clean. It cost me $212 to clean it! When I got it back I noticed beads were missing (I expected a few, but no nearly 100). I called to see if they had them so I could sew them back on. The owner starts yelling at me that they were NOT on the dress when I dropped it off. I politely told him I took a picture of the dress in the parking lot before I dropped it off. He insists that the dress was difficult to clean - he had to take it apart to clean and have it resewn. Excuse me??? You took apart a custom Sherri Hill dress? Did you call me first?!!! And he still insists the stones were never there. You can clearly see there are two extra rows of stones (Yes a few were missing previous) that outline the V on the pink. I don't know if I'm more angry that the owner is flat out lying or that he took it upon himself to take a gown apart WITHOUT PERMISSION!!!

I’ve gotten my queen size comforter cleaned her numerous times, they’ve always gotten it done quickly and do a great job every time.

The lady's that work here are very nice and sweet!!!.. The owner is so rude he interrupts you mid sentence and doesn't let you finish. The owner has no business owning a business with the lack of customer services skills he has. As an owner of a business you do not talk to or treat your customers the way I was treated. I am undecided if I will continue to use this cleaners. As I stated before the ladys are very friendly.
