Amazing service with knowledgeable and friendly staff. I’m not a million dollar customer but have always been treated like one by the wonderful people at Lewis Jewelers. After an extensive search Lewis got the exact watch I’d been looking for in just a couple months when most dealers said the wait was several years! I would gladly travel to Houston from California to do business with them again.
I did not realize until my last visit to Lewis that Todd, my usual client advisor, is the MANAGER! I was also fortunate to meet Mr Lewis, who added to my Rolex knowledge base.. I feel like a VIP every time I am there. For fine jewelry in Houston, with an amazing selection, there’s no comparison.
We have been customers for several years. Recently a lack of communication threatened that relationship. When brought to their attention they went above and beyond to correct the misunderstanding. I could not recommend a jeweler more highly!! Also they have done spectacular work for us in recreating my wife’s grandmother’s wedding ring. Phenomenal!
