The jewelry is always nice. Greeted nicely by the ladies at the door. The ladies were in a conversation with each other; a small challenge to get their attention. A customer got their attention for me. Found a wonderful new charm for my bracelet. Return for pick up Saturday. Yeah!

They sell jewelry with antiquing (darker spots for shadowing) but yet they have started using a cleaner that REMOVES all of the antique marks. They SAY it is fine. That once it gets dirty again it will come back. But if you want it back they have to mail it to Kerrville home office to put it back and they will charge you!! But THEY ruined your jewelry to begin with. Be very careful. This is the second time for me. I didn't learn my lesson the first time.
Great jewelry and very patient sales staff. They made the sells experience most enjoyable.
