They told me they would give me half off and they never did there stuff is supper expensive so if your wanting something cheap Claire’s is not it.

Old lady that works here was so rude and in a bad mood for no reason. She had such a bad attitude I didn’t want her to pierce my daughters ears and just left. Fire her before she costs y’all more business. I will not step foot in that Claire’s as long as she’s working there.

Came to get my cartilage piercing, but i was a little nervous. The store manager angelica went over the entire process and helped me do it. In the end it didn't even hurt!
