Billy and Connie offer top quality at good prices, and their customer service is second to none. Their great guy Chris is a true expert. I thought I knew what I wanted, but he guided me to the PERFECT ring for my bride... made her cry! They are now my go-to even though I drive over an hour to get there. Family owned and Great people.

We went into the store for the first time and the service was amazing. Lottie was so helpful! We had a pendant made for our daughter’s wedding and it is beyond gorgeous. Also had my ring resized and cleaned and the prongs redone. Picked up my ring today and it is better than when I got it 16 years ago. It’s gorgeous. Will definitely be going back again. I needed something special for our 35 wedding anniversary. Connie and Billy and their super friendly staff helped me come up with the perfect gift. They designed a beautiful 18k gold bracelet with gold boy/girl silhouettes of each of our grandchildren. The silhouettes were inscribed with the names and birthdates of the 2 boys and 2 girls and each had the birthstones set beautifully on each piece. I presented it to my bride at a family gathering and everyone loved it. I will always go to Connie and Billy whenever I need jewelry done properly.nnWent back 1.5 yrs later to add another grandson and received the same terrific service. Addition matches perfectly. It looks as if it had been there since the initial design. We will always use Acori as our master jewelers.

I have a custom made diamond wedding ring that I have had for 23 years from Diamond Cutters International. I lost a diamond in it a year ago and couldn’t get into Houston. I work and live in Friendswood. I decided to take it to Acori and see what they could do. They were very professional, showed me some additional loose stones my ring had under a large microscope, and gave me a good price. My ring was fixed in a week. It looks amazing! Stunning! I will definitely take it back for maintenance and cleanings.

I had a ring customized and 2 rings cleaned. They all came out beautiful. The ciustomized ring came out so much better than I could’ve even Imagined. Amazing work. 10/10 5 stars all the way highly recommended!
