Have had two inspections done through them. The first was great, but the second is let a couple of things out of the report that I feel should have been caught. A glass block window was cracked pretty severely and more importantly the fire alarms were over 6 years past their expiration date. I might use them again, but I should have been more on top of the inspector making sure everything was caught.

We had a full home inspection done . Daniel and Zack were GREAT! They did such a through job, they inspected for 6 hours and provided a very detailed report, complete with photos. We are very impressed!!!! Worth every dime. I would definitely recommend to anyone buying a home!nThanks guys!

I’m late in posting my review of the service I received in October 2020, but I didn’t want to NOT share my excellent service experience. Scheduling staff was extremely friendly and they met my tight timeline with ease. Mike Fitzpatrick was my inspector for the home inspection service. Mike arrived early and started the exterior items and then moved on to the interior. He was thorough, friendly, and went over the most important items with me at the end of the inspection. His report was thorough and was ready in less than 24 hours. My experience with Bryan and Bryan was nothing less than exceptional. If I ever find myself in the market for a home again and need a home inspection, I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend Bryan and Bryan with absolutely no reservations in doing so.

We are under option on a 10 year old home and we wanted to have the home inspected before we made our final decision.nnWe spoke with three inspection providers, and decided to go with Bryan and Bryan. They were the most professional and courteous, and their sample reports were the most thorough.nnI actually attended some of the inspection and it was everything that I expected/hoped that it would be. The final report lived up to the samples and definitely influenced our buying decision.nnIt was worth every penny!

Ryan was very professional, did a very thorough job and answered all of our questions.
