Working with Mike Baker was an absolute pleasure! He was friendly, patient but more important he was very professional. He seems to know the car business inside and out. I highly recommend Mike if you are considering buying previously owned automobile. Also another person who was extremely helpful in helping us in the purchasing our truck is Ricky. I highly recommend Parkway Buick GMC when you are considering buying a new or used car.

Parkway Buick GMC provided one of the best experiences I could have ever asked for as a first time buyer. Don was extremely patient and communicated with me via phone for over a month before we actually met in person. Once I arrived at the dealership it was a team effort to provide what I was needing in my new car. From the financial team, GM and representative this dealership feels and works as a family. Absolutely the best buying experience I've ever had. We spoke over the phone. Came to a deal. Showed up and they had replaced the tires without even asking. We were driving in from Tulsa and they stayed late to get it all done. Super friendly staff. Ricky, Brock, Noah, and Gunner were wonderful. Can't say enough about it.

Purchased my GMC Sierra from Parkway Buick GMC and have nothing but good things to say. They were accommodating in every way possible and the sales staff is wonderful. I have returned for service with my children and was grateful for a nice play area for them, not to mention the building is always clean and neat. Each time we have come into Parkway Buick GMC we are always greater with a big smile and a warm welcome. We have always been made a feel like we are part of the family. We just purchased a 2021 GMC SIERRA. Our salesman Kevin went out of his way to make our purchase as easy as possible. He answered all my questions( and I had many) and made sure we understood everything about the sale, as well as showing us everything the Sierra had to offer. He made the sale very pleasant, as there was no high pressure to get us to sign. The great way Parkway Buick treats their customers is the main reason we are repeat customers to this dealership. The whole staff, from Kevin, to the finance manager to the everyone in the front offices care about you and show it in all they do to help you. Kevin also sold me my 2019 GMC TERRAIN, to which I love!!
