Over priced! Not worth the stop.
Mel is the best. Hands-down! And Chris took care of every detail down to the broken cupholders when we brought the RV back in for MAJOR repairs promised to us months earlier at time of purchase. Mel’s word is as good as gold! We purchased this vehicle all the way from Houston because of his shining reviews, and would do it again. I was scared to death to buy an RV from a large dealership (I won’t name names…) Because personal relationship is everything to my family and I. We feel like we’re family with Mel and Chris- they answer every call when we’re on the road and having problems of all kinds being new to the RV community. We couldn’t be more pleased to have purchased our RV from El Dorado - don’t buy yours anywhere else!
This place is nothing but a glorified Craigslist flipper. If you want to buy someone else's problem then this is your place!
I highly recommend Eldorado RV Service in Sherman. I’ve been going to them for a year now with multiple repair issues and Chris has fixed several issues that my original dealer could not fix. The prices are fair and reasonable and completion always as promised. Everybody there is friendly and helpful. This is the very best service I’ve ever received for my RV.
Fantastic RV dealer. We were treated beyond fairly, the deal was a very decent price, and the quality is guaranteed. Everyone at the shop is very kind and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this shop enough. If you want friendly service and genuine conversations, use these guys.
