Matt helped me find exactly the vehicle I wanted and made the entire process easy.nDan (The tech guy) really made sure to show how to use all the features and technology properly.nCaitlyn made the phone calls and finance super easy.nThe finance guy, I forget his name but he’s a raiders fan, was awesome!nnThis was by far the most pleasure new car purchase experience I have ever had. Utter has a great staff!!

Great service. From the time we walked on the lot, we were treated like family. Our sales agent was fantastic. She listened to what we needed, suggested vehicles based on that, and put us in the right vehicle at the right price. This was one of the easiest “dealership” purchases I’ve ever made. We are new to the area and plan on retiring here. They have made a customer for life. The next time we need a Ford, we will definitely be back.

Matt took fantastic care of us yesterday. He even stayed late since we drove several hours to get there and kept getting hit with traffic. Super great team, super friendly, knowledgeable, and everything you want in a dealership. Never tried to swindle us or push us on something we didn’t need. We did most of our discussing over phone, Matt gave us a video tour of the truck, and he even had the truck pulled right up front before we got there so it was a super quick process. Highly highly recommend!!

We went there expecting the usual car dealer runaround but my dad and I were both surprised at the helpfulness of the people that work there.nMy dad is 88 years young and everyone was respectful and helpful.nWe got a great deal on a 2020 Ford Ranger that is completely loaded and the most perfect color of Race Red.nAnd the sales rep kept us informed of the steps as we went through the car buying experience.nThe whole car buying experience was the best one I have ever been through!!!nThank you to our sales reps Matt Orr and Jay Townsend!!!

Kyle was amazing! Never had a car buying experience like this before. The entire process was so smooth and I'm still in shock with how it went. I'm not one to normally leave reviews but it was seamless. Got me a great offer on my trade in, price on the vehicle was already the best anywhere around (I've been looking at vehicles for 3 weeks prior to even showing up to make sure I did all my research). I don't think I could ask for more! Great job and I'll be back in the future!
