Miss Brandy did a wonderful job. I was greeted at the door by name and had a drink in my hand in moments. The attention to detail and the hospitality was just perfect. I have found my new spot for sure.

Where do I start??? I have been a customer of this location for several months and have never once had a bad experience! I have always been treated like I belong there from the very first time to this last time today! All the team there is fantastic and yes I say team because that’s what they are. They make you feel like you’re family when you get you haircut. I enjoy being able to talk and joke around when getting my haircut. Never once has my experience been anything but awesome! Dee is who cuts my hair and let me tell you she does a great job! It’s always nice to be greeted but it makes it much better when you literally pick up your conversation from a couple weeks prior! That shows you that they really care. To be able to remember things from a couple weeks back with all of their clients. Thank you for the great cuts and fades Dee. Look forward to many more!!!

My husband started going to Tune-Up Friendswood about 3 months ago after a lifetime of cheap haircuts. He sees Ms. Kelly and she always gives him an expert cut and beard trim. My husband has very specific needs with regards to his hair and Kelly really listened to him and was able to give him the best cut he’s ever had. She recommended some great products that he uses regularly and we’ve seen dramatic improvement in the texture and condition of his hair! She also showed him some great styling tips for his newly acquired “quarantine beard” to keep him looking his best and combat the dreaded mask dent.nnWe now have the basic VIP membership which is an excellent value and includes everything he wants (like the fantastic hot towel treatment) so he can stop in every week! Go see Kelly, you won’t be disappointed!
