F45 is the best workout I have done... and I’ve tried a lot! The workouts are different everyday so it never gets boring. The staff is knowledgeable and encouraging. Love the Fit Fam attitude from everyone!!

Was in town for work and visited this Life Time. The steam room is the best I have ever been in. Clean and nice equipment. The front desk was amazingly helpful.

All of the owners and trainers make you feel at home! The facility is clean and the workouts are challenging and rewarding! My family and I love f45!
