My car buying experience at Motor Trends of Houston couldn’t have gone any better! I came in from out of state and took the car home with no problems whatsoever. I shopped online and found what I considered the perfect car for me and I was certainly hoping the buying process would be smooth and easy with no surprises. Everything went even better than I imagined it would. The car was more impressive than I expected, even with all the photos and the video sent to me. The price, the trade-in, and all the paperwork was easy and painless. Each of the employees I worked with and met were very friendly and very accommodating, which was especially important to me since I was an out of state buyer shopping long distance during a pandemic! What a great experience, great trip, and great people. Thank you Motor Trends.

Motor Trends of Houston is a high quality dealer, no doubt!! I purchased a 2018 Lexus and the price point was spot on for a fair vehicle value. Mike Mancin was most accessible and very easy to work with. I got a fair market value for my trade-in and all over the phone!! This dealership and staff have my highest recommendation. . .they are super polite, friendly, and accommodating. Thank you guys for an enjoyable buying experience!

I have been very pleased with how I've been treated at Motor Trend. They're always glad to help and never pushy. If you run across something at Motor Trend that you're interested in I would strongly recommend that you pay him a visit. Very good people to do business with.

I had a really smooth easy purchase with Donnell at Motor Trends. He made the process very seamless. I received more than what I was expecting on my trade and after the purchase they cut me a check for my equity. There was one defect that I wanted repaired before purchasing and they not only replaced the part brand new they even delivered the unit on a trailer to my house the next day. I would definitely recommend buying through Motor Trends, I definitely will.

For my first car buying experience it was fast but i had a long drive, Iwas literally walking sleep. When me and Edwin checked out the car, my inspection was more of his inspection over the whole entire car, and Mike that handled the financial part was precise with any question I had concerning the deal. Listen they care about people like they do there premium inventory. You all will not be disappointed....i came to Texas in a rental and a day after I made it back to Tennessee , I had an Audi...nnP.S. anyone who has a problem with this dealership probably had no business there....Ill try to give an update after i put some miles in ✌
