Poor service after sale. Worked in a delaership for 20 yrs and never seen anything like this.
Went to do an oil change and rotate the tires of my car. The workers are always super nice, helpful, friendly. They had tacos today so that was very deliciousud83dude0b. It was cheap. They're the best
I expected more coming to Ron Carter. A high traffic dealership, with multiple sales associates. Managers who have no idea what’s going on, and 1 general manager, who may or may not be able to help you. What a waste of time! I will not go into detail with my experience. I don’t feel the need to give a long drawn out detail of what’s happen. I do believe that, they flat out lied to me. If you’re looking for a dealership with false advertisement, a buyer’s order with no management signature, 5 plus hours of your time wasted then this is the place to go to. A month long game of run around and poor communication skills. This is the dealership for you. Thanks Ron Carter for your great first impression! 10/10 would not recommend.
