This is by far the best dealership experience ever. Mr. Cristian Hernandez went beyond any imaginable lengths to ensure I was satisfied. Man if I could give this guy a 7 star review ... I definitely would.nnLexus of Clear Lake and Mr. Cristian Hernandez again went above and beyond to facilitate a replacement vehicle for me after losing my vehicle in the flood. Timothy Nguyen was phenomenal in getting me the best rates and packages. Timothy is extremely knowledgeable and gives the most concise advice to new customers.nnLexus of Clear Lake truly has the most competent and knowledgeable staff I have ever met and dealt with.

I’m extremely satisfied with my experience having my vehicle serviced for the second time at this location. Everything was done as promised and in a timely manner. From the time I arrived until I left in the loaner vehicle was less than 10 minutes. Ricky was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I appreciated the email and text confirmation of my appointment as well as the updates via text. I will definitely continue to use this dealership for future service.

Update- Do NOT purchase any additional warranties. Paying for almost every extended warranty, including windshield. They will find reasons to deny the claim. I just had to pay $1000 out of pocket even though I am paying for a warranty I can’t use. So frustrating! Also- I never received paperwork, additional car key or care packet.nnExcellent service- Van was fantastic! I had gone in a week prior looking for an RC 350 f sport. I saw one on site, however, I wasn’t sold on the color. A week or so later he got one on the lot and called me immediately. He knew I was serious since I flew down from Dallas and held it for me to test drive.nGiving it a 4 instead of a 5 because I only received one key (they are expensive!) and had requested a second one as well as a car care kit. I didn’t haggle on pricing so thought they may go above and beyond as other dealers are known to do. Other than that it was a great transaction and I’m happy.

The dealership looks so nice and modern. Very clean. Everyone there very nice and helpful with questions. David Wurman was my customer rep. He did a great job in giving me a tour and informing menwhat costs were needed for repairs and what needed my immediate attention and what could wait. I waited there for my vehicle and they were very prompt in getting me out quickly while providing a summary of everything they did and recommendations for future maintenance. I love this dealership. They even washed my car.
