Went there looking for an used car and left with a brand new 2021 Sonata N-Line ! Ryan and Justin are amazing! Made my experience very easy and definitely recommend to anybody looking for to buy a car ! They take their time to make you feel like a friend and family! Real down to earth guys and always going the extra mile to meet your expectations and make sure you get all the little details you are looking for ! From now on I won’t buy from anybody else ! The motor was put in perfect. That part I am good with. I am upset because I was told I needed a 1,036.00 alternator. I did not. Because I did not have 1,036 I paid 140.00 to get the car towed to another shop. I found out there all I needed was a battery. I could of used that 140 toward a battery. I felt discriminated against because I am black and a woman. I used to think good things of Ron Carter NOT ANYMORE!!!

I had such a great experience here. Karena in service is the BEST! She is so friendly, helpful and punctual. She and Ron Carter Hyundai were able to replace my engine and I did not pay a dime given their 100k mile policy. I will be coming back here to buy my next car from KARENA!!

What can I say other than Duran Starks was an absolutely amazing person. He is not the typical car salesman that is looking to make a sale for the sake of making a sale. Of course it’s his job to sale cars but you don’t get that feeling when dealing with Duran. He shot me straight as I was the one mostly concerned with the numbers, but also listened intently to my wife as she was mostly concerned with the features of vehicle. He got us both what we wanted and fought hard to get me in the price range I was looking for. He’s such a genuine man I was willing to fudge every so slightly on my price in order to get us both to where we wanted to get. Thanks a lot Duran Starks and to anybody that reads this, walk in and ask for Duran. You will not leave unsatisfied.
