I rarely leave an online review or participate in a survey but my experience at Emmons Autoplex was so good I feel compelled to do so. Ana was my salesperson and she is the absolute best. She was courteous, positive, engaging, and also upfront about not only everything pertaining to the truck I bought, but also the car buying process at Emmons. This dealership is almost 2 hours from my home and it was well worth the trip just to buy from her. I will definitely seek her out whenever I am ready to buy another car. Also, Emmons has a really great website and a great selection of beautiful cars and trucks. I would encourage anyone to check them out but just be sure to ask for Ana if you are interested in buying. You'll be glad that you did.

We needed to purchase a used vehicle and I was not looking forward to dealing with used car dealerships. Emmons was not the typical used car experience I was dreading. Our sales person Britt was extremely helpful. The vehicle purchase ran past closing time. Another sales person, Shawn, jumped in to help. Both were excellent to deal with. The price and dealer fees were both reasonable. No haggling or large surprise dealer fees. The entire experience was pleasant and in direct contrast to a typical used car experience. We brought the vehicle back the following day after the sale to address some minor issues and they were all promptly addressed. I cannot stress enough how great the service was. When I need to purchase my next vehicle, I will check here first.

I had a great experience at Emmons Autoplex.nI met Danny who did a great job showing me the car I was interested in. The process of trading my car and getting a new one at Emmons went well. Everyone in each department was friendly and handled my transactions in a professional manner.nThe best part ? The prices!! Very competitive pricing! Go see them!☺

This is a beautiful facility. I received the most excellent and professional service while shopping for and purchasing our Honda Civic. Lorie was so kind and patient as we asked to test drive several vehicles. We felt important to her and she was very mindful of our time. She was sweet to my daughter and that makes a big difference as car shopping is not the most exciting thing to a 6 year old. After we decided to purchase, Jimmy went over our financing. He was professional and personable. He made the decision easy for me and I felt no pressure at all. We had a good conversation about the auto and finance industry as I also work in finance. I could tell he was honest and upfront with the contract. I would recommend Emmons to anyone. We had a fantastic experience here today!

Alberto was an amazing sells person, very informative, and super helpful! As a fist time buyer he made my experience really pleasant. He had an answer for every question that I send he’s way. I had a great experience. I will definitely be back in the near future for any vehicle purchase I may need. Thanks so much Alberto!
