This is a store that is good and bad depending on the staff. Sometimes there is a bit too much talking and drinks come out slower than a strore easily 3 to 4 times more busy. Being nice to customers is great and all, but not at the expense of service.
Fast service at the Barnes & Noble Starbucks. The Chai Tea Latte is real tasty!
The staff at this location needs to be retrained and has changed quite a bit through a constant overturn. This review is strictly for the management and upper management betterment the Current staff is deficient and in need of a major customer service training and readjust customers practices at this location, so that the customers of Starbucks corporation can receive the customer service that they Expect and deserve.. Spencer at this location is very rude sarcastic and professional.. please train employee
What can I say about Starbucks they consistently have great customer service and I think this is because they get paid a decent wage and they like their job. Kudos to corporate for taking care of your peeps! Also the drinks are always as expected and so is the food. Try my favorites: the cold brew nitro coffee ud83dude00 and grilled cheese sandwich ud83dude0b
I really like going to Starbuck. Good help clean, and good drinks.
