I work in the mall, and get coffee everyday. They are CONSTANTLY changing staff and as a result my drinks are hardly ever made right anymore. I always mobile order way ahead of time and when I go to pick it up (You have to ask for it now because of covid, understandable) But no one is ever there to give me my items. the barista in charge of drinks will ignore me and sometimes I'm waiting five minutes or more just to get my coffee that's been sitting at the station ready since I got there. Almost entire staff is rude with the exception of maybe 2 people who have been there for years.I wish this location would just keep a good staff so that I don't have to leave my job and drive across the street just so I don't have to deal with the service at this location. They used to be great.
We always get the ham abd Swiss sandwich they warm it up so delicious.nI got me a sparkling tea it was ud83dude0bdelicious!
Terrible customer service. Ordered online and said my order was ready. I asked if it was ready and they said to wait In line. After the long line was gone. I asked again and it was sitting their the whole time getting cold. Horrible staff except the black gentleman that works there
Barista made my special drink as requested & when gave me extra simple sugar to go!
My granddaughter agrees with most people and loves their coffee!
