This would be the first time I’ve ever wrote a review on any kind of fast food place. To say that services were bad is an understatement I waited in line for over 35 minutes to order nothing. I had went inside to ask the manager what was the hold up while my car stayed in the line not even have to worry about it moving because the line went nowhere while I did that. I’ll be back up there in the morning to speak with another manager because the manager Norma that was there tonight was of no help. I didn’t even want to click on one star but if I didn’t in wooden post it would be a -5 stars first time in 10 years in this town

Note: this location does not offer curbside anymore. They tell you that you have to go inside/ through the drive-thru.nnWaited 15 minutes for my mobile order in the curbside pickup space. They brought out 3 orders that weren't mine in that time. That's fine, they were busy. After 15 minutes I called the store to see if there was a problem with my order. Last time this happened they had accidentally bumped it off the screen. Also ok, things happen. When I called the store they fixed it in a very timely manner. But, when I called today the manager (or person claiming to be the manager) was EXTREMELY rude, raised their voice, talked over me as I tried to explain my problem and ultimately hung up on me with no resolution. It was literally worst experience I've ever had at this McDonald's. I don't know who the manager was, or why her mother failed at raising her to be a nice person; but, if that was the way they represented my company, I would fire them on the spot. Their behavior was totally unacceptable for anyone being paid to work with the public.

Honestly this place is a hit or miss. Sometimes my experience are great with hot food that comes out quickly. Other times it's slow with cold food. Last time I went they were so rude and disrespectful.

If you've never tried mcdonald's sausage mc griddles, you don't know what you're missing. They are small so you don't over eat, but they are super yummy. Sausage n pancake with syrup, yum.
