I love going to BAKFISH. Their beers are always great. They have solid staples on tap, but lots of great small batch beers that they release as well. Their sandwiches are worth going for on their own. It's a laid back place to hang out and enjoy a great craft beer. Pet friendly as well. Kris is also always generously doing things for the community, which I greatly appreciate.nnBAKFISH has also been very supportive of the homebrew community hosting monthly meet ups and even a brewing competition. I'd give them 6 stars if Google would let me.

I love Bakfish, although I might be a little partial to it. The beer is always spot on and they are always coming out with new stuff to enjoy! They are now selling coffee in the morning. Highly recommend dropping in.

Beer is always great, whatever your taste buds desire you'll find it here.

The beer here is ok.The sours are way too sour. There are quite a few beers that are missing off the wall to order from tap. It's a laid back place but they didn't have one beer that I felt could compare with Houston breweries.

Note: visited during Covid.nnBakfish was a small brewery with a decent size taproom. The tables were well spaced enabling those that wanted to drink indoors. The bar also had open seating. There is a large outdoor space (covered and uncovered) with plenty of picnic tables for outdoor seating.nnThey had hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes available at the doors when you enter. The taproom was clean as we're the bathrooms.nnThe brewery itself had a decent selection of beers with a few seasonal rotating blends (~9-11 most on tap). All were well priced, we had 4 beers during our visit for less than $20. I tried 2 lagers and their imperial stout. I greatly enjoyed all of them with a preference for their stout which was thick without being overwhelming. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about their brews.nnAll in all this was a fun brewery visit. I would recommend it if you're in the area or have friends in the area (as was the case for me).
