Called to see if they accepted walk ins they were booked full but fit me in because I didn't have anyone to watch my newborn any other day. The stylists cut my hair beautifully. And was very fast since she knew my baby and husband were waiting in the car ! Definitely will be coming back !
I went in for a haircut and coloring. the lady doing my hair was communicating to me what she will be doing and if it was alright. She was very gentle with me and we got to know each other a bit. I left feeling confident with my new haircut!
This business lacks professionalism and ethics. I came in at 1050am to do eyebrows. I was told it would be a 10 minute wait but it would be best to come back in 15 to 20 minutes. There was no one there. This lady was doing hair. So I left and came back at 1112. I was told I would have to wait after the 3 people waiting there by another lady who wasnt there during my 1st time there. I said no the other lady told me to come back. I am not waiting. She then proceeds to sit someone down as it should have been my turn. After 15 minutes of waiting and this rude lady taking a call I walked out at 1126. They are rude. The lady told me I should have made appointment for my return time. I am like she never stated that had she told me that I would have done that. Please don't patronize these people. They don't care about their customers.
The only place I go for my eye brows! Great service and consistent staff. I love my eye brow lady!
They always do my eyebrows how I like them, they’re so sweet I would totally recommend doing your hair here as well
