Both pharmacists are extremely rude, the phone is not answered and when it us answered it is very snappy and impolite. I have had my physician and my dentist call in orders while I was in the room with them, then when I call the pharmacy several hours later to see if the medications are ready, they say they never received them. They never ask if I have questions about my medications, and when I do, they just look at the papers that they stamp to it and tell me what it says on there. As a pharmacist you are supposed to KNOW that stuff, if I wanted to read it in a piece if paper I could do that without their help. Honestly, I have have stuck with them for over a year because I thought it would get better over time, but it hasn't. I'm done. Goodbye CVS, hello Walgreens.

The staff is the best I have ever ran into at a pharmacy. Go out of there was to assist.

If I could give the pharmacy 0 stars, I would. It is frustrating to deal with customer service representatives who offer solutions to issues that avoid any work on their behalf. Can't believe I had to go in 4 times to fill a prescription just because none of them took the type to verify my insurance and gave me incorrect information every time, and zero recommendations on what to do. Made me wait about an hour for a simple request.

Horrible experience, getting medicine couldn't be anymore difficult.
