We have never rented a storage unit before and had no idea what to expect but the staff was so nice, professional and helpful. It was a pleasant experience. Left there comfortable knowing our property was safe.
My mother's pipes burst during the great freeze and Michael was empathetic, helpful, and responsive. Really appreciate his thoughtfulness with giving us different options and making sure were able to get storage on the first floor to make it easier for my Mom to access it. Great experience.
Today I rented a storage unit and dropped off a couple items and thought I had locked up. I was going to go back in the afternoon to drop off more items. On my 2nd trip there, Robert the Mgr., came over to my unit to let me know that I hadn't locked my unit and he locked it for me on his regular round of the facility. I didn't realize I had to slide the lever to the right. Thank goodness this facility has such an awesome Mgr. that took care of his patron. This place is so great! I'm going to recommend CubeSmart to all my friends and let them know that Robert is very personable and great at his job.

Robert made my stressful situation a lot easier. I read negative reviews on other locations and was hesitant. After I drove across the street, I knew the complex was new, so I decided to go for it.
