Ridiculously unhelpful and incompetent customer service. Absolutely no help by phone, email, or chat. They don’t acknowledge receipt of documents by email for seven days. They read back answers to questions that are not the question you are asking. They do this over and over without ever listening to your question. Very unhelpful experience. It is a nightmare to deal with these people. You couldn’t assemble a less competent group of people if you tried.
Absolute worst. 3 years an im still trying to get help finalizing the child support process... these people are terrible.
I give them ZERO stars because they are terrible at everything; however, it makes me give them a star. Slow to respond, customer server is in need of correction and no one can help with anything.
Treat me like I'm a deadbeat. I have always done everything I could for my son. Always been responsible . And can't stand how I am talked down to.
Lady at the front is rude and not helpful. It would help if she spoke up a little louder. They are very slow and just tell you to sit down but don’t guide you on what needs to be done.
