Don a Hecker Attorney at Law

Mr.Hecker is one of the most professional attorneys I’ve ever come across he has a lot of knowledge about the legal system and I like how he gets straight to the point and how he handles business he’s the true Texas Hammer! I dont mind if he sends his paralegals to court I understand he’s an older gentlemen with a lot of work on his schedule. He is a good attorney I highly recommend!!!

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM IN ANYWAY.nI can’t believe it took me till 2020 to remember to write this review. Don Hecker was a assigned to me as a court appointed lawyer on 9/4/2015nAnd besides the day he was assigned to me, u never talked to him again. His assistants and paralegals are the only ones I could speak to and I heard nothing from him the entire time he was my legal counselor. My case was reset 3 times in a row because “he couldn’t be here today as he has another case with a trial by jury” or any other excuse. Mind you I have to take off from work every time to sit in a court room for hours just to find out it’s a reset. Fast forward to 10/04/2016, yes that’s right over a year went by and not a word on what we were going to do about my case. I finally requested new counsel from the court and the judge granted it immediately after hearing my reasoning. I was appointed another lawyer and the case was dismissed by 4/25/2017. And Don, I can only hope you see this, Just because it was a court appointed case doesn’t mean my live is worth any less than someone who paid you directly. You show no care about why happens either with you suggesting a plea where I was going to pay hefty fines after the first time speaking with you about it. I’m so glad you were so terrible and your job as it got me a lawyer who actually cared and my case was dismissed. Ps you’re trash

I can’t understand these bad reviews on Mr. Hecker. His rate is very very low compared to other lawyers. He knows everyone in both Harris County and Fort Bend County. It’s your job to get your case dismissed. For the little money he charges, you go and do your own investigations and make witnesses available. Make it easy for him to complete your case. His quality Is that everyone in both counties listen to him and respect him. That’s how you hire Don Hecker. Otherwise, hire another lawyer and pay 10 times for them to do your investigations. Imagine him a small claim court lawyer, where you bring all the evidence and he approach judges. Plain and simple.
