I attended a free event where Eric Junker was volunteering his time to educate families about Guardianship and Special Needs situations for their loved ones. I was impressed with his knowledge and genuine compassion on these issues. Eric helped me include a Special Needs Trust in my Will and also gave me some good direction to work toward in the future with my particular special needs situation. He is professional, straightforward and skilled with explaining some of the more complex government rules. His location in Richmond/Rosenberg was also extremely convenient - no fighting traffic or parking. Eric’s expertise and good counsel eased heavy concerns I had been battling with for a long time, and I highly recommend him.

I am extremely satisfied with the Junker Law firm and Eric Junker specifically. We have an autistic son and need a trust set up for him and Eric was highly recommended. His office was only 20 miles from our home. He is extremely knowledgeable in this arena and after a review he questioned our wills. I had just paid to have that service done and with regret they had to be re-written to match the trust requirements. The first person overlooked this but Eric caught it. This trust (s) is a complex situation and Eric spent a lot of time to make sure my wife and I understood why this had to be set up specifically to match our intentions. He provided us with hard copies as well as PDF versions to save. His office also keeps a copy on record just in case. What a relief it is to have this done and knowing it is correct, so we will not have any issues in the future. Thanks Eric and we will continue our relationship going forward.

As an attorney practicing in the same geographic area and areas of law, Eric and I have represented parties in the same case (probate and guardianship in particular) many times over the years. In my experience, he is always professional and responsive. In particular, appreciate his willingness to problem-solve and find solutions to sometimes unique or complicated issues.

I will first start off my review by saying that Mr. Junker is like no other attorney I have ever met. He was so easy to work with, took extreme pride in his work and great attention to detail in regards to my needs. After my first consultation with Mr. Junker I left his office knowing that I have a new friend that was going to do whatever it took to help me.nI hired Mr. Junker to handle my parents probate estate in Ft. Bend County. This is my first experience dealing with probate and Mr. Junker made it extremely easy based on his vast knowledge in this area. I still cannot believe how easy he got me to the finish line. It's hard enough loosing and loved one and Mr. Junker took so much weight off of me because he is an expert in his field. Mr. Junker's fees for his service were extremely fair. There was some additional work he had to do in regards to the probate and he did it all under our original agreement. To this day, I still feel I owe him more money for the extra care and work he did for me. What an outstanding man. Thank you Mr. Junker for being the best attorney I have ever met.

I went to Junker Law to update my Estate papers after moving to Texas. Eric was very knowledgeable and took the time to get to know my specific situation and needs. He had drafts prepared within 2-3 days and after a few updates the process was completed in less than a week. I feel very comfortable with the quality of his work and believe I was fully able to accomplish what I needed done.
