first time here it was okay I seen one stain not sure if it was there or not because the short had a black stain on it. It look like they got that out but is was brown in different shot so not sure but everything else was good so I'll give them another shot.
Really fair prices and great service. I liked how they were honest about what they could and couldn’t do (regarding stains that I asked about) and put in extra effort to try to get this stubborn stain out of a loved dress! Consistent and overall a good local business. Really appreciate that I can get great tailoring done there too!
My one stop shop for all my dry cleaning and tailoring needs! I have been using Crystal Cleaners for all my dress clothes and any time I need tailoring done — quick turnaround, amazing services and prices! Would definitely recommend to all my friends and family.
Really nice family owned place. Service is great, staff is really helpful and super friendly, especially Heidi. Also got my husband’s jeans hemmed here and he was really pleased with the fitting.
I left my brand new dress (One time wear) for the dry clean. When I pick it up , the dress was damaged. I spoke with the owner and she said that it was not their fault, that I brought a damaged dress. This is not true. She didn’t want to admit that the damage was done in her store. She didn’t want to take any responsibility. Myndress cost me 300 dollars and she only gave me 30 dollars for the damage. I asked her for a new garment and she refused it.nBad dry clean store. Hope that you don’t go there .
