Terrible service. They damage the buttons of my shirts and pants (it looks like the use too strong chemicals that damage the plastic). Also, I took them two dress pants to fix its length, and they charged a lot of money and left the pants still too long! I went back to ask them to make it right and they simply said nothing can be done! I highly recommend you stay away from this place!

Had my suit dry cleaned here. It was brand new when I gave it to them. When I got it back they left black stains on my white pocket handkerchief. At first I was concerned because I showed the lady the black stains. At first the lady refused, but luckily I took pictures of the suit before giving it to them. I was upset but I still gave them a second chance to fix what they did. When I returned the next day to pick up the suit, it got even worse, the pocket stain kind of went away but then they left iron marks on the suit instead of steam press. I was furious, the lady couldn’t give me a refund. I understand people/ businesses make mistakes and should be given the opportunity to fix the problem. However, it is unacceptable when the person/ business makes the mistake and refuse to address/ resolve the problem.

They always have customer service issues. I took my dress (Indian ) in to be dry cleaned on Friday. She told me that she wasn't sure if it can be cleaned since there was work on it. She said she would call me to let me know. She called me Saturday didn't leave a message. I called on Monday and she told me that they couldn't do it and that she had called me. I went to pick it up and there were to black marks on my dress front and back, not there when I gave it to them. I showed it to them and she kept arguing that I might not have seen them. But I have looked my dress mulitple times before. She kept aruging and when I asked to talk to a manager she said she was one. Not happy at all.
