The two men did one very good job on my carpet, WOW it was great.
They don’t even deserve a star, terribly rude call center agent who has should have no business whatsoever in service delivery. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIMEnnUpdate: Just saw the owners ridiculous response to my review that this review originated outside the USA?! Wow, you must be a joke if that’s the best you could come up with! How is it that your company was somehow singled out by the so called “negative reviewer company”? You must think you’re that fantasticud83dude44. I still said what I said, your front desk agent remains the worst customer service experience ever! You can either take the negative reviews and make improvement or you can continue to stick your head in the sand believing you’ve got your best foot forward! I will never recommend you or give you my business.
These guys are GREAT!!! Very nice and they do a great job. I had lots of stains on my 5 year old carpet and they got 99% of them out. The price is not that bad for 3 rooms and a small hallway. I will be calling them yearly.
This was some of the best carpet cleaning I have had in years. Just want to let the two men that came out today know that it's very appreciated their work. Rhonda
Two men came out on a Sunday to clean up the huge mess that are dog made. We are very grateful for them coming out on a last-minute notice. The price was perfect and we could not ask for more.
