Took my wife’s wedding dress to get cleaned after our wedding where it got very muddy towards the bottom. The wedding was Saturday, dropped the dress off the following Monday morning and did not get dress back until almost two weeks. Once I got the dress back, the mud stains could still be seen on the bottom half of the dress, leading me to believe they held onto the dress for a few days until washing it. The lady at the counter would not discount me for the below par service saying they washed it three times. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
