I reviewed this place a month ago and it may have been deleted. This is the WORSTE place to EVER send a ring in to be custom made!!!! Don’t send Mark any type of stone expecting it back in any decent amount of time-frame. We were recommended to him by a close friend and his creativity was not good at all and he took an exceptionally long time to get the first ring back....finished. He has been having lots of excuses....we went back for an engagement ring and after not producing ANY IDEAS for over 2 months, he never sent the stone back. I had to personally drive 10 hours to pick it up. Not even finished!!! This place is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!
