I had surgery on 1/4/2021 at this hospital. I did have a few good people there.nnThat did not help when I need pain medicine a couple nights after surgery and called 6 times and then called the number they had posted on the wall. I got a voicemail, left a message, and still waited 2 hours for someone to give me my pain medicine, which was over 2 hours late.nnThe evening I was being transferred to a rehab hospital, I was suppose to receive my pain medicine before the ambulance got me. Never got that dose and was in pain the whole trip.nnI did have a good x-ray tech, sorry I can't remember her name. She was very caring and helpful.nnSeems that since patients could not have visitors, it was easy to overlook and not check in on the patients.nnI would not purposely return as a patient to this hospital.
I went in to receive the COVID 19 vaccine. The registration for the vaccine was good. They were very quick to get you to the room after registration. The nurses were all friendly and eager to help if any questions. The overall process was very well organized. The experience was very good.
I went to get my Johnson and Johnson vaccine today. It was my first time going there and the staff members were so welcoming. I also loved the nurse who gave me the vaccine. Also they were moving so fast, there was literally no waiting time. I was done within 30-40 mins.
The entire OakBend staff was super friendly and helpful! All staff greeted me and even all were willing to help me navigate through the hospital. Thank you so much!
Well organized and staff very accommodating. Both doses were good experience. The staff made what could be an anxious event to be smooth and comfortable. The nurse administering the vaccine was very smooth.nGood Job
